Sunhouse is a specialty importer of single-lot ceremonial matcha. We work directly with Japanese producers and supply independent cafés, matcha bars, and bakeries across the United States.
What we do
We source and import ceremonial and café-grade matcha from named producing regions in Japan — currently Kagoshima and Kakegawa in Shizuoka. Every lot is selected on its cup quality before it ships. Nothing is white-labeled or repacked from an anonymous broker.
Who we serve
Independent cafés, matcha bars, and bakeries that want consistency on the menu, and home drinkers who want the same quality they get behind the bar. We keep formats from a 30 g tin up to a 5 kg wholesale bag.
How we operate
01 · Origin
We only import what we drink. Every lot is cupped and vetted in Japan before it ships to our Florida storage.
02 · Logistics
Cold-stored and sealed on arrival to preserve color, aroma, and L-theanine. Shipped promptly from Orlando so every tin arrives fresh.
03 · Protocol
Direct partnerships with producers. No middlemen, no dated stock, no filler blends.
